We develop import/export solutions that ensure the right products get to the right places at the right time and cost. This role will lead the development of our Product Classification (PC) strategy, with high visibility and direct impact on business expansion, operational efficiency, and regulatory risk mitigation. Your work will unlock scalable growth and innovation in one of the most complex areas of international trade.What You'll BringExperience in global trade, compliance, product classification, or supply chainA systems thinker with a bias for action and ownershipComfort navigating ambiguity and regulatory complexityStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skillsPassion for building mechanisms that scaleBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in trade compliance, customs operations, customs brokerage, supply chain, logistics or similarExperience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes, leveraging various tools and methods to create scale and efficiencyExperience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, including operationsExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree, or Six Sigma Black Belt certificationExperience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, or experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlinesExperience working with technology teams and solving operational issues using technologyExperience in compliance,
