Project Lead – HVAC / Building ServicesOverviewAn established HVAC and building services company is seeking a Project Lead to support the delivery of mechanical and HVAC projects across Ireland.This role is ideally suited to an experienced HVAC Technician, AC Engineer, or Mechanical Services Technician looking to move off the tools and progress into a project-focused position.Working alongside a Senior Project Manager and experienced service team, you’ll gain exposure to all aspects of project delivery including coordination, client interaction, planning, subcontractor management, procurement, and project execution.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands HVAC systems technically and wants to develop a long-term career within project management and building services delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of HVAC and mechanical projects from planning through to completion.Assist with coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, materials, and site activities.Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, engineers, and internal teams.Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Support project scheduling, reporting,
