These are central to our mission, guiding our behaviours, attitudes, and actions.Nature & ScopeWith the support of the Supervisor, Child Care, the incumbent will be working in a team of Early Childhood Educators to guide children in their physical, social, cognitive and emotional development, in accordance with the Child Care Early Years Act (CCEYA), YMCA Playing to Learn (YP2L) curriculum and program statement. The incumbent must be adaptable, competent and comfortable working with children who range in age from birth to 6 years old.ResponsibilitiesAssisting in the planning, organization and implementation of the YMCA Child Care Program.Adherence to the policies and procedures of the YMCA, as well as meeting or exceeding all standards required by the Ministry of Education,
