Manager, Strategic Client Credit

GTA | Hybrid | Full-Time

Our client is looking for an experienced private banking, commercial lending, or credit skilled to join their team in a highly strategic, client-facing role.

This is an opportunity to work with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, business owners, and senior advisors to structure sophisticated financing solutions that support broader wealth, tax, insurance, succession, and business-planning objectives.

What you'll be doing:

- Advise clients and internal Partners on complex financing opportunities
- Structure and execute customized lending solutions
- Analyze financial statements, collateral, corporate structures, and credit risk
- Lead financing discussions and negotiations with banks and alternative lenders
- Identify refinancing and financing opportunities proactively
- Manage transactions from initial concept through closing




- Build and maintain senior relationships across Canada's lending community

What we're looking for:

- 7+ years of experience in private banking, commercial banking, lending, credit, or wealth management
- Strong experience with complex HNW/UHNW lending
- Excellent financial analysis and credit structuring skills
- Strong relationship-management and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable working directly with sophisticated clients and senior stakeholders
- Experience with private banking, family offices, insurance financing, estate planning, or business succession is an asset
