including inter‑company accounts.Perform accounts receivable collections collection for past‑due customers.Cross‑train and provide backup support for other accounting duties.Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.Perform other related duties as assigned.Role RequirementsPost‑secondary degree in Accounting required4+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience.Working experience with ERP systems; Microsoft D365 or QuickBooks is an asset.Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong working knowledge of Excel requiredAbility to administer effective communication skills across all levels of the organization and work well under pressure and deadlinesExcellent time management and organizational skills required, very high attention to detailAbility to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi‑task with minimal supervisionProblem solving skills and the ability to take ownership of projects, driving them to timely, efficient, and accurate completion.Ability to multitask on projects requiring broad skill sets, while maintaining high standards of work in a fast‑paced environment, with competing priorities.The expected annual salary range for this position is $56,480 to $70,600. Actual salary will depend on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We also consider internal equity to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most offers will fall within this range and not at the maximum, allowing room for future growth.
