Senior Java Support Engineer Location: Montreal, QC Onsite (3-4 days per week) Position Overview We are seeking a technically strong Senior Java Support Engineer with 8+ years of experience in application support and software development. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of working independently while effectively interacting with customers, business users, and technical teams. This role involves supporting and enhancing a critical in-house web application, ensuring system stability, resolving production issues, and contributing to ongoing development initiatives. Required Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 8+ years of experience in Java application development and production support Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Experience working in a support environment, including incident management and break-fix activities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor Comfortable interacting directly with customers and end users when required Key Responsibilities Provide application maintenance and production support during EST business hours Investigate, troubleshoot,
