The ideal candidate will drive product vision, strategy, and execution while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful, user‑centric solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands‑on product management, and strong communication skills to align stakeholders and ensure successful product outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage the product roadmap and backlog for assigned product linesCollaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to deliver high‑quality products on timeGather, analyze, and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements to inform product strategyConduct user research to understand client needs and translate them into actionable requirementsLead sprint planning sessions and ensure user stories are well‑defined with clear acceptance criteriaMonitor product performance, anticipate risks, and proactively resolve blockers to ensure deliveryChampion agile and product management best practices,
driving continuous improvement within teamsCommunicate product vision, updates, and release plans to internal and external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with industry standards, security, and privacy requirementsContribute to the development of user‑centric experiences, driving innovation across product linesRequirements & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)4-6 years of product management experience in a software or technology‑driven environmentProven experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and releases in agile teamsStrong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and product delivery best practicesHands‑on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog/requirements management toolsExcellent problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross‑functional teamsGood‑to‑Have SkillsCertified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent agile certificationExperience in supply chain, logistics, or e‑commerce technology domainsExposure to user‑centric design and innovation practicesKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Customer Success: Clear requirements captured, high customer satisfaction, successful client engagementsProduct Delivery: Improved sprint velocity, timely feature releases, reduced requirement‑related defectsMarket Insights: Actionable competitive research, roadmap recommendations adopted by leadershipCollaboration: Positive stakeholder feedback, strong cross‑functional team alignmentBusiness Impact: Increased product adoption, measurable revenue contribution via upsell/cross‑sell opportunitiesBenefitsWhy You’ll Love Working HereAs an equal opportunity employer,
