Join CGIC as an Auto Claims Representative II, supporting client engagement while working flexibly in a hybrid model. Your role will focus on resolving auto claims with compassion and integrity.

With a commitment to continuous improvement, you will apply your three years of claims experience and insurance education to assess complex claims effectively. In this role, you will also contribute to a culture of mentorship by supporting the development of junior staff in the Claims department.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough investigations and evaluate coverage • Negotiate settlements while assessing liability • Identify salvage and subrogation recovery opportunities • Provide feedback on procedural efficiencies • Ensure high levels of client service and engagement

Requirements: • At least three years of relevant experience • Relevant post-secondary education in insurance • Chartered Insurance Qualified (CIP) designation • Understanding of provincial legislation and insurance principles • Developing provincial adjuster license is a plus
