The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE 40-44 hours per week Morning/evening shift- Saturday compulsory (9-4 pm) 5 Days of the week





WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 6 months to 1 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families Customer service mindset
