Through our broad portfolio, we are truly a national brewer, with over 3,600 employees, a portfolio of more than 60 quality beers and beyond, and 10 breweries from coast-to-coast, we are proud to serve Canada and the communities we call home.ROLE: Brewing InternLOCATION: Edmonton Brewery 5 days/week in officeSALARY:$25/HourAPPLICATION DEADLINE:Sunday, November 15thWHAT DO WE OFFER?Our 15-week internship provides hands‐on experience working on meaningful projects, designed for high-achieving students interested in building a future with Labatt.The program offers:A comprehensive onboarding experience and dedicated summer project ownershipLearning and development workshops to build technical and leadership skillsExposure to senior leaders through networking opportunities and a final project presentationExclusive intern events and experiencesAccess to exciting swag and on-site pubsOpportunities to launch your career through future full-time or Trainee Program opportunities after graduationINTERNSHIP SPECIFICATIONSOwn and deliver on a strategic project that is impactful to the operations of a breweryIdentify opportunities to improve efficiencies in our processesLead a strategic brewery improvement project focused on enhancing operational performance, process efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with Brewmasters, Brewing Managers, frontline teams, and cross-functional partners to gain hands‐on experience across brewhouse, cellar, and fermentation operations while developing a broad understanding of Supply Chain and brewery operations.Analyze brewing, fermentation, quality, and operational performance metrics to identify opportunities to optimize yields, reduce variability, improve process reliability, and support data‐driven decision making.Participate in daily operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to understand the impact of brewing decisions on quality, efficiency, and overall business performance.Support brewing quality, food safety, sanitation (CIP/SIP), laboratory testing, sensory evaluation, and regulatory compliance programs while building technical expertise and contributing to the production of Canada's most iconic beers.We are looking for candidates who...Take ownership and act with integrity.Show curiosity, asks questions, and are eager to learn and improve.Think bold, innovative, and challenges the status quo.Can simplify problems to find effective solutions.Communicates and collaborates effectively with others.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:In their 2nd or 3rdyear of an Undergraduate Bachelor's degree, studying Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, or a related field, and returning to school in September 2027.Graduating in December 2027 or laterBilingualism is an asset (Required in Quebec)Can legally work in CanadaOf legal drinking age (18+ in AB,
