Position SummaryTo lead all Produce Associates and department processes to ensure a high level of customer service while meeting production targets.What You'll DoReceive merchandise, utilize equipment appropriately and monitor for repair, administer required paperwork, logs and other documentation.Maintain sales floor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up and maintaining product displays, signing and pricing merchandise.Participate in the recruitment, selection, training and development of all Produce Associates.Lead by example greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner and assist by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and aiding purchase decisions.Complete all aspects of the Produce Store Within A Store (SWAS) planning, attend SWAS meetings to review SWAS Reports for food products,
