Key Responsibilities:



• Provide home IV therapy and nutritional support • Visit patients daily to manage feeding systems • Facilitate secure discharge of parenteral nutrition patients • Support patients, carers, and healthcare teams in the community • Adhere to the NMC Code of Conduct

Requirements: • Registered Nurse with relevant experience • Strong communication and patient management skills • Ability to work independently and in collaboration • Experience with home health care preferred • Commitment to delivering high-quality nursing care
