You will provide one-on-one and group exercise prescriptions, coordinate disability management, and complete functional assessments to support client recovery and RTW goals. The role emphasizes hands-on therapeutic exercise design, job site visits, and developing individualized return-to-work plans for diverse client needs, including orthopedic and chronic pain cases.
