conduct performance reviews Resolve customer complaints and ensure provincial regulations are followed Hold staff meetings, resolve staff complaints and suggestions Negotiate with clients for catering or use of restaurant for events Manage catering, events, advertisementsJob Requirements: Completion of secondary school; and Minimum 3 yearsof work experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience is required.
