Senior Lead, Policy & Programs Our client, a well-established organization, is seeking a Senior Lead, Policy & Programs to support the development and continuous improvement of employee policies, programs, and processes. Working within the People & Culture function, this role will help ensure policies and programs are practical, compliant, inclusive, and aligned with organizational priorities. Key Responsibilities Lead the development, review, and maintenance of employee policies, procedures, and people programs. Research and draft recent or revised policies and provide recommendations for implementation. Apply an equity, inclusion, and accessibility lens to policy and program development. Review and improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for greater efficiency. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure policies, processes, HR systems, and digital tools are effectively aligned. Support the implementation and communication of new or updated policies and programs.



Provide guidance to leaders and employees regarding policy and procedure interpretation. Support broader People & Culture, process improvement, and change initiatives as required. Qualifications Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. 4–5 years of progressive experience in HR policy, organizational development, people programs, or a related area. Strong experience developing, reviewing, and implementing employee policies and processes. Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. Experience incorporating equity and accessibility considerations into policies or programs. Strong process improvement, research, analytical, and writing skills. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and stakeholder groups. Experience with HR technology and digital tools is an asset. HR, change management, organizational development, or related certification is considered an asset.
