This role operates at the core of One RBC—collaborating across product teams, business partners, and enterprise finance to deliver integrated financial solutions with Integrity and Collaboration.What will you do?Strategic Financial PartnershipServe as the primary finance partner to Everyday Rewards leadership, delivering financial insights that inform business strategy and partnership decisionsPartner with Reward and Linked Loyalty teams to develop insights, business cases, profitability analyses, and drive elevated segment performanceProactively analyze Everyday Rewards and Linked Loyalty financial trends against key business drivers, member economics, and partnership metricsSupport quarterly governance packages and executive presentations for key retail, grocery, and gas partnership stakeholdersFinancial Planning & ExcellenceOwn full P&L; forecasting, planning, and analysis for Everyday Rewards and Linked Loyalty; maintain accountabilityfor month-end, quarter-end,
and rolling forecastsEstablish and oversee key performance monitoring frameworks to track progress against strategic milestones and program profitability targetsCollaborate across RBC on key partnerships and initiatives, ensuring all financial modeling and reporting work streams deliver against requirementsContinually evolve program-specific financial monitoring to reflect current business operations and provide deeper visibility into driversCost Optimization & TransformationIncrease transparency in cost structure; identify and execute opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and drive cost savingsSupport month-end close activities, NIE and rewards P&L; analysis, and enterprise reporting requirementsLead process improvements and automation to increase team capacity and enhance forecasting accuracyCollaborate with Loyalty & Rewards finance colleagues to continuously improve forecasting methodologies and data standardizationSupport the governance process in setting the Cost per Point including presenting to senior executives and obtaining their approvalCross-Functional CollaborationWork with your peers Cards and Loyalty as well as Personal Banking Finance peers on cross-portfolio initiatives to ensure consistency and identify synergiesCoordinate with Enterprise Decision Support to ensure business cases are positioned for executive approval and strategic alignmentWhat you need to succeed?Must-HaveCPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent with 5+ years of progressive FP&A; or financial analysis experienceExceptional financial modeling and business partnering capabilitiesKnowledge of Cards and Loyalty programs; deep understanding of rewards economics and partnership profitabilityStrong technical skills: advanced Excel, SQL, and data analytics toolsIntellectual curiosity with growth mindset; passionate about continuous improvementExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsAbility to influence stakeholders in matrix environments without direct authoritySelf-directed, proactive,
