They act as the day-to-day curator of howwork flows, ensuring processes are efficient, well-documented, measurable, and continuously improved.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Discovery & MappingDocument current-state workflows using standardized notation (BPMN,swimlanes, flow diagrams,



etc.).Identifypain points, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Requirements & AnalysisRun workshops, interviews, and observations to extract business needs.Translate findings into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures.Operational Improvement SupportPartner with Central Ops / SMEs tovalidateideas, scope improvements, and support delivery through the intake → assessment → planning → execution flowContribute to business cases, impact analysis, and prioritization scoring.Governance & DocumentationMaintainaccurateprocess documentation, SOPs, and playbooks.Track metrics tied to process performance (cycle times, error rates, throughput, etc.).Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with stakeholders across Operations, IT, and PMO to ensure alignment.Participate in stand-ups, planning reviews, and retros to keep processes evergreen.Qualifications2–4 years in Business Analysis, Operations, Continuous Improvement, or similar.Experience mapping processes and gathering business requirements.SkillsProcess mapping & analysisRequirements elicitationBasic data analysis (Excel, BI tools, or similar)Solid communication& facilitationBasic understanding of Agile conceptsNice to Have / Growth AreasExposure to Lean Six Sigma or improvement frameworksInterest in Product Ownership concepts (roadmaps, backlogs, value measurement)Benefits,
