Job Description We are currently seeking a

Civil Construction Foreman

to join a large-scale windfarm construction project. This is a rotational, camp‑based opportunity offering competitive wages, steady hours, and a strong commitment to safety.

Position Overview As a Civil Foreman with Maritime Civil & Energy Limited, you will play a key leadership role overseeing day‑to‑day field operations on a major windfarm project. You will coordinate crews, equipment, and work areas to support excavation, road construction, civil infrastructure, and heavy equipment activities.

Work Schedule

14 days on / 7 days off rotation

12‑hour shifts (day and night rotations may apply)

Camp‑based position with accommodations and meals provided

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise civil construction crews, ensuring safe and efficient execution of work

Coordinate daily activities including equipment allocation, workforce planning, and work sequencing

Conduct daily tailgate meetings and enforce site safety policies and procedures

Interpret project plans, grades, drawings, and specifications

Monitor productivity, quality, and progress of earthworks and civil construction activities

Complete daily reporting, including timesheets, progress logs, and safety documentation

Collaborate with site leadership, engineering teams, and equipment operators to maintain production targets

Ensure equipment and materials are utilized effectively and safely

Qualifications

5+ years of civil construction experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman capacity

Strong working knowledge of earthworks, road building,



and heavy civil construction

Experience supervising mixed crews (operators, labourers, truck drivers, etc.)

Ability to lead in a remote, camp‑based environment with long shift rotations

Strong communication and leadership skills with a proven commitment to safety

Valid driver’s license
