Enhance healthcare practices at UBC as a Project Coordinator, focusing on patient and family engagement in neurodevelopmental research. This part-time position supports the Library of Lived Experience initiative.
As part of the Goldowitz Laboratory, you'll play a pivotal role in embedding patient voices into research and care. Your responsibilities include overseeing project logistics, maintaining timelines, and coordinating with community partners. Solid financial management and organizational skills will be critical for successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and facilitate project-related meetings and document outcomes
• Track progress against the project timeline and resolve issues
• Assist in the design and evaluation of the Library of Lived Experience
• Engage with partners to support ongoing project activities
• Manage project finances, overseeing budgets and expenditures
Requirements:
• Completion of a university degree in a relevant area
• At least four years of related experience or equivalent
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and practices
• Understanding of UBC financial policies is beneficial
