RTX is seeking a Process Technician – Painter/Masker/Sealer for our Oakville, Ontario facility. You will prepare and spray primer and topcoat, apply sealant to bushings and components, and perform masking and finishing tasks on aircraft parts assembled on site.

The role requires 2+ years in painting or sealant work, a high school diploma, and the ability to work the weekday night shift. Robust teamwork and safety mindset are essential in this fast-paced production environment.
