This position is vital for maintaining equipment used in various demanding environments. As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will leverage your expertise in diagnostics, repairs, and electronics to ensure the reliability of trucks and specialized machinery. Work hours are from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with no travel required.
Key Responsibilities: • Perform diagnostics on heavy equipment using advanced software • Repair and maintain engines and hydraulic systems • Troubleshoot electrical and electronic problems • Work on snow control and construction equipment • Conduct maintenance in shops and field locations
Requirements: • Completion of apprenticeship or 3 years of mechanic experience • Class A or B driver's license with no brake restrictions • Valid MN Driver's license • Ability to work in various environments • Understanding of computerized testing tools
