The objectives of this position are to ensure safe, compliant, effective and cost-effective operations while providing excellent customer service to our clients.ResponsibilitiesYou will directly supervise distribution facilities and staff in the designated areaEnsure that safety standards are met at all timesModel and enforce distribution strategy of excellence in customer service, and timely delivery of productYou will perform Home Care Service Representative duties when required to address operational needsCo‑ordinate with the Regional Distribution Manager in monitoring, reporting and actioning distribution staff performance requirementsCo‑ordinate with the Regional Distribution Manager in hiring, training and compliance documentationWork with all staff (distribution, sales, clinical, customer care associates) on inventory management with the goal of timely and efficient fulfilment of customer needsComplete site surveys and assessments when necessary to ensure appropriate access to the customer’s site and propose alternativesAssist in resolving daily operational challenges and opportunitiesProvide accessibility for after‑hours supportQualificationsCollege diploma or university degree in finance, business administration, supply chain management,



logistics or equivalent experience, plus 5 years of experience in transport operationsAbility to travel within the regionGood knowledge of occupational health and safety regulationsOperational security experience is requiredExperience leading a team with energy and enthusiasmAbility to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 75 poundsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordExcellent communication, team interaction and presentation skillsStrong ability to set priorities and follow through on tasks within tight deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and WordThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
