CAPE is seeking an IM and IT Coordinator for a one-year term, possibly extendable. This role involves helping manage IM and IT systems, providing technical analysis, and developing new functionalities for end-users. Enhance your expertise while collaborating with teams across the organization to address various IT challenges.

Key Responsibilities:



• Serve as the main contact for IM/IT management at CAPE • Provide technical analysis and assistance for membership issues • Develop functionalities such as Power Apps for staff • Administer SharePoint for user security and management • Offer support and training for Microsoft Dynamics users

Requirements: • College diploma or degree in IT/IM or related field • 2-4 years experience in IT and IM fields • Bilingual in English and French • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint • Solid project management skills
