Job DescriptionThe Site-Based Construction Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all logistical activities in support of construction operations at the Woodfibre site. This role ensures efficient material flow, marine transportation, and document control while supporting safe, timely, and productive project execution. The position operates on a 14/7 rotation schedule.What You Will DoLogistics & Marine CoordinationCoordinate barge movements for materials, equipment, and personnelLiaise with marine contractors and site teams on schedules and prioritiesTrack and communicate all marine logistics activitiesMaterial ManagementPlan and track material deliveries aligned with construction schedulesManage ordering, expediting, and supplier follow-upsMaintain accurate inventory and monitor shortagesSite Logistics CoordinationSupport daily logistics planning (laydown areas, access, material handling)Coordinate with superintendents and subcontractorsIdentify and resolve logistical constraintsDocumentation & ReportingMaintain delivery logs, barge manifests, and inventory recordsTrack material receiptsQualifications5–10 years of experience in construction logistics,
