Salesforce Architect - Minimum 10 + years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience, 6+ years in Revenue Cloud including in Apex, Integration Lightning Web Component and CPQJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect with deep expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, including CPQ and Billing (Revenue Cloud). The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong exposure to solution architecture, LWC, integrations, and enterprise-scale implementations. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutionsThe role requires working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutionsSalesforce Technical Architect are responsible for overseeing and guiding the technical aspects of Salesforce solutions development and implementation, work closely with the business team and stakeholders, developers, and other IT professionals to ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for the organization's needsKey ResponsibilitiesTheir duties and responsibilities include:Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutionsOwn end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle including pricing, quoting, contracts, and billingTranslate business requirements into scalable and well-architected Salesforce solutionsImplement and configure Salesforce CPQ solutionsMaintain and update CPQ applications to ensure optimal performanceStrong understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionality, including product rules, price rules, quote templates,
and contract generationDesign integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs and middlewareProvide end-user training and support to ensure seamless adoption of Salesforce CPQHands on knowledge of 3rd party applications that integrate with CPQ such as DocuSign and S-Docs.Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators related to CPQConfigure and customize CPQ features including:o Product configurationo Pricing ruleso Product ruleso Quote templates and approvalsDevelop custom functionality using:o Apex (Triggers, Classes)o Lightning Web Components (LWC)o Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIsWork on end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including contract and billing processesHands-on design and development of custom solutions on the Force.Com platform including declarative customization, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, data modeling, integration, and data migrationProvide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionalityCreate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, deployment guides,
