CIP or partial completion preferred.Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all provinces where claims are handled, or able to obtain required licenses.Knowledge of all team‑member related functions.Bachelor's degree preferred.Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.Strong coaching abilities: reviewing work, identifying coaching opportunities,
