Experience in childcare or a related setting is preferred, and your knowledge and insight will directly shape the quality of care we provide.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESProviding a warm, safe, and supportive environment for young peopleBuilding positive, trusting relationships that help young people thriveSupporting and contributing to individual care plans and daily routinesMaintaining accurate records, logs, and reportsPromoting independence, emotional wellbeing, and positive life skillsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORExperience: Working with children and young people in a care, education, or support setting is preferred but not essentialPassion: A genuine, person-centred approach to supporting young peopleQualification:
