Drive meaningful change for children and youth as a Program Manager at Pacific Coast Children’s Resources. Emphasizing diversity and inclusion, shape community-based programs for those facing challenges.As the Program Manager, you will utilize your experience to create a safe and supportive environment for children and youth who have experienced trauma. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll advocate for client-centred services, ensuring that every individual's unique needs and dignity are respected. You’ll also be essential in conceptualizing and implementing new programs tailored to community needs.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise program implementation and deliver innovative solutions
- Coordinate initiatives with MCFD and community partners
- Manage team performance and resolve conflicts constructively
- Utilize robust communication skills for effective team interaction
- Conduct team training and orient new personnelRequirements:
- Degree in social sciences or related area
- 3-5 years of experience in health management
- Knowledge of complex behaviours and trauma-informed practices
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and Indigenous practices
