In this role, you will play a key part in designing protected, robust, and innovative solutions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle—from concept to market launch. you will help create solutions that improve the safety of patients and caregivers every day around the world.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign mechanical lifting systems, including rails, structural supports, interfaces, and components intended for installation within buildings.Develop and review technical drawings and installation documentation.Perform structural analyses to assess loads, load paths, and the mechanical behavior of systems and their building anchoring methods.Apply Design for Installation (DFI) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to optimize product manufacturability, installation efficiency, and overall performance.Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, project management teams, and suppliers to ensure project success.Lead technical assignments and support product
