Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Admissions & Strategic Partnerships Coordinator to support student admissions, stakeholder engagement, digital outreach initiatives, and career services collaboration. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, and a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employers, community partners, referral agencies, and institutional partners

Provide admissions counseling to prospective students, including program information, eligibility guidance, and enrollment support

Support digital media and marketing initiatives in coordination with the administration and marketing teams

Work closely with the Career Services team to support employer engagement, student employability initiatives, and placement-related activities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing college events, information sessions, orientations, and outreach activities as required

Maintain accurate records, follow institutional policies and procedures, and support reporting and administrative tasks as assigned





Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution

Minimum three (3) years of experience in sales, admissions counseling, student recruitment, or business development in a client-facing role

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Ability to speak other languages such as Hindi, Punjabi is an asset

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills

Proven ability to handle pressure while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills with a student-focused and service-oriented approach
