Fraser Health is hiring a Full Time Registered Nurse, Transition Line (Specialty Nursing) for the Emergency team at Ridge Meadows Hospital in Maple Ridge, BC. You will rotate through specialty units to consolidate skills and complete post-graduate specialty courses within agreed timeframes.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, collaborating with families, coordinating care plans and supporting discharge planning, with opportunities for career development and involvement in quality
