Take charge as a Lead Technician at our aircraft maintenance facility, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols while working collaboratively with a skilled team.
The Lead role requires overseeing maintenance operations, particularly with aircraft defects and serviceability. You'll guide and support a team of technicians, ensuring tasks are delegated effectively and completed promptly. This position is instrumental in maintaining high operational standards within a dynamic aerospace environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with maintenance policies and procedures • Maintain AME M2 or E license and ACA qualifications • Liaise with MOC for scheduling and oversight • Supervise Apprentices and AMEs for task completion • Assist with GSE maintenance and record-keeping
Requirements: • Post-secondary education and 3 years of leadership experience • AME M2 or E license issued by Transport Canada • DHC-8-400 and/or Embraer E2 endorsements desirable • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask • Must explicit airside security requirements
