Senior Business Analyst (8-10 years) to lead regulatory reporting and data analysis initiatives using AML, Waterfall, Agile, and FINTRAC frameworks Join a leading financial institution supporting regulatory reporting and AML data analysis initiatives with strong stakeholder visibility. This role focuses on requirements leadership, regulatory projects including LCTR and CTR, and data lineage, mapping, and modeling activities within a complex banking workplace. The position offers exposure to enterprise AML programs, transaction monitoring, and customer risk rating initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups. Lead requirements work packages for strategic and regulatory projects Develop delivery approaches and work plans aligned to project milestones Manage requirements interdependencies across multiple work streams and projects Establish processes to ensure requirements documentation is complete, accurate, compliant, and testable Engage stakeholders to obtain agreement and signoff on deliverables Identify, document, and validate current state processes and capabilities Analyze impacts to customers, stakeholders, employees, processes, technology, and budgets AI may be used in evaluating candidates.
