This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina,



and adherence to safety and hygiene standards to ensure high-quality output in a fast-paced workplace.This position may involve any of the following duties subject to training and capabilities:Cutting, filleting, and deboning fishTrimming, deworming, and further processing fish as requiredSorting, grading and packing fresh and frozen fishWeighing, labeling and palletizing finished productsLoading and unloading freezer platesOperating processing equipment, such as skinning machine, conveyor lines, descaling machine, forkliftsAssisting team members with lifting, moving or completing production tasksAlways adhering to food safety and workplace safety protocolsMaintaining personal hygiene standards in compliance with regulationsSupporting other plant operations or tasks as assigned during peak production periodsLocation: Seabrook, NS - Onsite
