Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Respond promptly to tenant requests and work orders
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems




• Supervise contractor work to ensure safety protocols
• Participate in seasonal maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in building operations or maintenance
• Knowledge of Provincial Building Code and safety protocols
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Comfort working at heights and on-call shifts
• 4th or 5th class Engineer certification is an asset
