The Salvation Army in Canada is seeking a Service Desk Technician to keep our staff productive by ensuring smooth IT operations and timely issue resolution within SLAs.

You will provide hands-on and remote end-user support for Windows 11 and macOS, manage accounts, assist in software deployments, and contribute to knowledge bases while adhering to ITIL practices. This is a fully remote role with accommodation options available.
