Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.Responsibilities:As a Product Manager, you’ll be expected to perform in three key areas:Product Discovery:Act as the bridge between business and technology, translating user and business needs into effective solutionsBuild a strong understanding of internal workflows, systems, and dependencies across practice areasPartner with UX, Development, and stakeholders to identify problems and shape product opportunitiesGather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform product directionIdentify opportunities to improve existing products, workflows, and user experiencesDevelop strong domain knowledge to ensure solutions align with how teams actually workProduct Definition:Collaborate with UX, business analysts, architects, and development teams to refine features and solutionsDefine clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria that support consistent and scalable useTranslate business needs into structured, prioritized product requirementsAlign stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs, and expected outcomesSupport documentation,
