This role requires expertise in electrical and civil design along with strong interpersonal skills. As an Electrical Designer, you will perform material take-offs, voltage drop calculations, and drafting using AutoCAD and Bluebeam. You will also conduct site visits, manage project schedules, and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design underground and overhead electrical distribution systems
• Conduct voltage drop and transformer load calculations
• Perform material take-offs for project estimating




• Conduct site visits to inspect electrical infrastructure
• Draft and redline project documents using AutoCAD
Requirements:
• Engineering technologist diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Class 5 driver’s license
• Strong interpersonal and self-motivational skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Familiarity with electrical utility distribution standards
