Description:
Manage day-to-day operations of CAPCO’s fee-for-service childcare center, including program implementation, staffing, enrollment coordination, regulatory compliance, family communication, fiscal tracking, curriculum support, and staff supervision. The role ensures a safe, developmentally appropriate environment for children while working collaboratively with Early Childhood Development leadership, administrative teams, families, and community partners. As part of the CAPCO family, you’ll have the team-oriented strength of our agency and ECD unit behind you-working closely with and receiving direct support from: ECD Director Fiscal Director Human Resources Family Services Health Services Education/Special Needs Coordination
