We're hiring our first GTM & Sales leader — and this isn't a normal sales seat. Kavodax is building stablecoin issuance and cross-border payment rails. We already have: FINTRAC MSB registration Bank of Canada PSP registratio An existing pipeline We want the right person to write it, not inherit one. This is a 0→1 role.

You'll own: Full GTM strategy across enterprise segments Positioning, messaging, and value props Customer acquisition, partnerships, and channel development Pricing, packaging, and revenue models Direct input into the product roadmap based on real market intel Building the GTM team once we scale past founder-led sales Who we need:

5+ years in GTM, product marketing, or commercial leadership in stablecoins, cross-border payments,



or crypto A track record scaling GTM to $M+ in ARR Hands-on experience where YOU owned a revenue or adoption outcome on a stablecoin or digital asset product — not just watched the space from the sidelines Real understanding of stablecoin adoption dynamics, liquidity, and the regulatory landscape Background in fintech, payments, crypto infrastructure, or financial services Experience launching and scaling B2B or platform products from early stage Comfort operating at both strategy and hands-on execution — there's no team to delegate to yet Toronto (hybrid) or remote · Founding team · Equity + commission + salary We're looking for someone who wants to build and own a meaningful piece of what we're creating — and we're happy to talk through our traction so you can size the prospect (and the risk) for yourself.
