Compensation: $140,000–$170,000 + bonus & benefitsWe are working with an established General Contractor in Mississauga that is looking to bring an experiencedSenior Project Manager – ICI Construction | Mississauga, ONCompensation: $140,000–$170,000 + bonus & benefitsWe are working with an established General Contractor in Mississauga that is looking to bring an experienced Senior Project Manager onto its construction team.This position would suit a seasoned construction professional who has successfully led complex ICI projects and is comfortable taking ownership of project performance while providing leadership to both project teams and key stakeholders.The RoleThe Senior Project Manager will take overall responsibility for the planning and delivery of assigned projects, including financial performance, schedule, contracts, client relationships, risk management and project team leadership.Key Responsibilities IncludeLead projects from preconstruction and planning through construction and close-outEstablish project execution strategies, budgets, schedules and resource requirementsProvide leadership and direction to Project Managers, Coordinators and other project staffManage relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholdersOversee project financials including budgets, forecasting, commitments,



change management and cost controlLead contract administration and commercial discussions with clients and subcontractorsIdentify potential schedule, cost and construction risks and develop mitigation strategiesMonitor critical path activities and ensure key project milestones are achievedMaintain high standards for quality, safety and project documentationProvide regular reporting on project performance, financial position, schedule and riskMentor and support the career development of junior team membersThe Ideal Candidate5–10+ years of construction management experience, with demonstrated experience managing major ICI projectsStrong General Contractor experience within the Ontario construction marketProven ability to lead complex projects and multidisciplinary construction teamsStrong understanding of contracts, scheduling, project controls and construction financial managementExcellent client-facing, negotiation and communication skillsDemonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilitiesStrong judgment and ability to resolve complex project challengesDiploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline is preferredExperience with Procore is considered an assetThe company provides a competitive compensation package including a base salary of approximately $140,000–$170,000, depending on experience, along with performance bonuses, RRSP matching, comprehensive benefits, career development and opportunities for continued advancement.LocationMississauga, ON
