Drive client engagement at Guideline as a Data Scientist on the Insights team. This hybrid role focuses on utilizing sophisticated analytics and modeling for market forecasting.As a key member of the Insights team, the Data Scientist will report to the Chief Insights & Analytics Officer. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in data analytics, modeling, and forecasting, with a commitment to producing high-value insights. This position requires collaboration with various teams to align insights with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze diverse data sets to generate client-focused insights
- Develop predictive models for market trends and forecasts
- Create engaging visuals and narratives to highlight data findings
- Collaborate with domain experts to develop features and test data hypotheses
- Ensure analytical work adheres to data governance and quality standardsRequirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or statistics
- 3-5 years of experience in data modeling and forecasting
- Solid proficiency in Python and machine learning
- Familiarity with AWS and Snowflake a plus
