You will lead a high-performing team delivering mission-driven projects in healthcare sectors, while contributing to innovation, mentorship, and meaningful client relationships.Responsibilities & QualificationsKey ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead, mentor, andmanagea growing team of electrical engineers and designers.Establish performance plans and KPIs (e.G.DLM, chargeability, technical quality).Oversee team hiring, training, retention, compensation, and career progression.Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performingteamculture.Operational ExcellenceSet and manage project budgets, team revenue targets, andlabourforecasts.Monitor financial and operational metrics (e.G.WIP, write-downs,
productivity).Maintain team compliance withIntroba'sQA/QC and best practices.Ensure project plans and progress aremaintainedinDeltek(Introba'sPM system).Client Engagement & Business DevelopmentServe as principal liaison for key clients and high-profile projects.Develop and secure new project opportunities in both core and emerging sectors.Support and promoteIntroba'sfull multidisciplinary service offering.Resolve client issues and lead contract negotiations as needed.Technical & Design LeadershipProvide oversightontechnical quality and delivery for all electrical systems.Guide teams through procurement strategies and cost management.Oversee construction contract administration and field reviews.Promote technical innovation in smart building systems, energy optimization, and sustainability.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Client Satisfaction & Growth: 80%+ repeat client rate; ≥1 new strategic client/yearFinancial Performance: Project write-downs ≤5% of annual NSR; Profitability meets/exceeds annual targetsPeople & Culture: Regrettable turnover ≤10%; Minimum 2 team members promoted/yearOperational Compliance: AR DSO ≤75 days; 90%+ of projects updated monthly inDeltekQualifications & Experience15+ years of electrical design experience, including major institutional and healthcare projectsProven team leadership experience with at least 5 direct reportsBachelor's degree in Electrical EngineeringLicensed Qualified Engineer (P.Eng) inBC (EGBC)LEED AP and/or Passive House certification preferredExperience with telecommunications, security systems, and emerging smart building technologiesStrong community or industry presence through conferences, white papers,
