Cisco Canada's Public Sector CSTS team is seeking a Technical Expert to support critical government networks from Ottawa, with a focus on automation and AI-driven improvements. This role serves as escalation authority for outages and partners with Engineering to push systemic fixes.You will mentor engineers, drive 2nd/3rd line support for SDA/DNAC and SDWAN, and translate technical challenges into actionable product feedback. Bilingual English/French valued.
