Marketing Analyst – Intermediate (Contract)We are seeking a Marketing Analyst – Intermediate to support the development and execution of direct marketing campaigns within a highly visible, fast‑paced marketing portfolio in the financial services space.This role sits within Marketing Communications and plays a critical part in bringing marketing strategies to life—from planning and creative development through execution, approvals, and performance optimization. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand, compliant marketing communications.This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys managing multiple initiatives at once, thrives under pressure, and has experience working in regulated environments.Contract Duration: 12 monthsWork Arrangement: HybridRemote up to four days per weekIn‑office presence required weekly on Thursdays and the 4th Friday of each monthOccasional additional in‑office days may be requested for special meetings or eventsWork Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)Interview Process: Two rounds of virtual interviewsWhat You’ll Be Working OnIn this role, you will support the execution of direct marketing campaigns for credit card products, partnering with cross‑functional teams and agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.You will be responsible for managing workflows, coordinating approvals, overseeing creative development,
and ensuring alignment with both business objectives and regulatory requirements.The work is primarily digital, with a strong emphasis on email marketing, campaign execution, and performance optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of a 1–2 year marketing plan aligned with revenue targets and approved budgetsManage end‑to‑end campaign execution, including offers, creative, audiences, channels, and timelinesCoordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution across multiple campaignsOversee creative development and manage approval processes, including legal, compliance, and brand reviewsEnsure all marketing materials align with brand standards and regulatory requirementsManage agency partners and external vendors, providing clear direction and feedback on deliverablesTrack budgets and estimates, ensuring costs remain within approved parametersLeverage analytics and campaign performance insights to drive continuous improvementProvide regular status updates and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholdersBuild strong working relationships across marketing, product, digital, data,
and agency teamsMust‑Have Qualifications1+ year of experience managing creative and marketing communications processes (direct and interactive marketing)Experience working within financial services, with knowledge of retail banking products (credit card experience strongly preferred)Hands‑on experience producing client‑facing email marketing communicationsExperience managing budgets and ensuring costs remain within approved estimatesUndergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent related experienceNice‑to‑Have ExperienceCopywriting or editorial backgroundUnderstanding of the technical components of email creation and deploymentThe Ideal CandidateComfortable influencing stakeholders without direct authorityHighly organized with strong prioritization and time‑management skillsDetail‑oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf‑motivated, proactive, and able to learn quicklyConfident navigating competing priorities and managing expectations in a fast‑paced environmentAble to assess creative quality, brand alignment, and messaging effectivenessYou’ll be joining a collaborative, diverse, and supportive marketing team operating within a high‑visibility portfolio.
