ResponsibilitiesThe Pharmacy Supervisor reports to the Director of Pharmacy Operations and is responsible for the receiving, preparation, and delivery of prescriptions accurately and on time, ensuring adequate inventory levels, counseling patients, and providing a positive customer experience.Supervise and provide guidance and direction to staffHire and manage the performance of staffAccountable for the financial and operational success of the departmentPrepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely to patientsEnsure medication and over‑the‑counter supplement inventory levels are adequate to meet patients’ needsProvide counseling to patients regarding new and additional medications in a friendly, positive, and proactive mannerCreate awareness and educate customers through public relations (public health days, clinics, etc.)Provide timely and positive resolution to patients’ needs and doctors’ requests/issuesObtain and review budgeted sales and net contributionIdentify and report sales opportunities both internally and externallyReview and control costs at all levels within the Loblaw Pharmacy dispensaryQualificationsBachelor of Science,
