Home Trust is a private company.ABOUT THE ROLE:The Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis will support business planning and performance management activities through financial models, forecasts, business and financial analysis, industry research and special projects. Reporting to the Manager, this position will have experience working in a multi‑business unit organization to support the required reporting, analysis and communication.The ideal candidate is highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. Demonstrated effectiveness in building processes, establishing standards and driving our strategic objectives.RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) activities by coordinating across the business and finance teams with multiple business units through the Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Forecasts, and Business Outlooks (3‑5 Year Plans).Maintain and optimize existing Anaplan models to improve performance and scalability.Assist the preparation and completion of monthly and quarterly business review materials, forecast materials and AOP discussion materials for Executive Leadership, Ownership Group and the Board.Leverage business knowledge and expertise in Anaplan to drive process transformation and opportunities for strategic recommendations/value.Assist in the functional department reviews with business leaders on Growth targets.Support in the Performance and Efficiency Forum to ensure profitable growth for the
