We provide comprehensive operational, engineering, and customer support solutions, including maintenance, refurbishment, technical publications, and marketing and sales activities for the global regional aircraft industry.Position SummaryThe Senior Contracts Negotiator leads the preparation and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, primarily related to aftermarket services sales and procurement activities in the aviation sector, but may also be involved in a variety of other transactions. This role reports to the Director, Contracts, and serves as a technical specialist in contract drafting, negotiation, and transaction structuring, providing expert advice to internal stakeholders while ensuring alignment with corporate governance and business objectives.ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation, review,



and negotiation of complex contractual agreements and proposals in collaboration with internal teams.Manage closing activities and negotiations with management as well as with clients' and suppliers' contract representatives.Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on transaction structuring, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution.Act as the primary point of contact for contractual matters for assigned accounts, including interpreting contractual obligations and proactively resolving issues to protect the company's interests while maintaining stakeholder relationships.Establish and maintain working relationships with client and supplier stakeholders.Ensure all commitments comply with corporate governance and internal approval processes.Collaborate with the legal team on complex contractual issues and escalate key risks as needed.Coach internal stakeholders on best practices in contract negotiation and
