Position Type Full-time Anticipated Start Date October 2026 About the Role Join 3DBioFibR as a Research Assistant, supporting the research, development, optimization, and validation of biomaterials and manufacturing processes. In this role, you will be working collaboratively with scientists, engineers,



and cross-functional teams to execute laboratory experiments, analyze data, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to the advancement of innovative products from research through manufacturing readiness. This position will report to the Research Lead, assisting other Leads as needed. This is a full time, on-site position located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Responsibilities Research & Development Design and execute laboratory experiments in accordance with approved protocols and project objectives. Prepare, process, and characterize biomaterials and research samples. Support the development, optimization, and scale-up of manufacturing processes as needed. Perform physical and mechanical testing of materials. Collect, analyze, interpret, and summarize experimental data. Troubleshoot technical challenges and recommend process improvements.
