Job Title: Sr. Technical Support Analyst- PEGA Location: Toronto, ON Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days a week in office) Employment Type: Contract Duration: 06-12 Months Pay Rate: CAD 55-58/hour Incorporated Domain: BFSI Application Deadline: Aug. 30th, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED: Experience with Pega platform and Pega-based applications Experience with architecture/process workflow analysis and design Basic knowledge and troubleshooting of SQL| Unix| Job Scheduling etc Experience with monitoring tools and creating dashboards on ELK stack| Dynatrace| and PagerDuty Flexibility to be part of a rotational on-call support model EEOC Compliance: We are an equal chance employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment.
